Subfloor Preparation

  1. Thoroughly eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any remaining old coatings from the surface to secure a pristine base.
  2. Grind away uneven surfaces and remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to ensure the base is free of materials and dust.
  3. Maintain the base's dryness, ensuring it's free from puddles or excess moisture.
  4. For absorbent substrates, applying water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended. For non-absorbent substrates, non-absorbent interface agent is advisable.
⚠️

Important Notes & Installation

1. Priming: After cleaning, select the suitable primer. Commence self-leveling once primer is absorbed and drying (usually 2-6 hours).

2. Mixing: Pour 6L clean water into a container. Gradually add 25kg compound, mixing until smooth. Spread evenly using a notched trowel. Complete within 10 minutes.

3. Defoaming: Employ a defoaming roller to eliminate air bubbles before setting.

4. Storage: Store in a dry, cool location. Shelf life: 6 months when sealed.
