Metal core sheet (Base Layer): SPCC cold rolled steel (0.15~0.25mm) for strength and deformation resistance.
Interface Bonding Layer: High-performance Primer for superior adhesion.
Elastic Layer: NBR (High, low, or non-foaming) for sealing, sound absorption, and vibration reduction.
Anti-stick treatment: Surface finishing to prevent adhesion during operation.
Preparation Process & Application
Our preparation involves strict metal core board pretreatment (rust removal, cleaning, activation), precision rubber refining, and advanced vulcanization in specialized drying tunnels.
Ideal for engines and sewing machines, this material offers excellent compression resilience and oil resistance, successfully replacing traditional cork and asbestos-free materials.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a sample?
Sure. We usually provide existing samples. Sample charges are refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. Usually, the freight fee is borne by the buyer.
What is the delivery time?
The standard lead time is 20 to 30 days after receipt of the T/T prepayment.
Why is the delivery status in master coil?
To save costs and ensure a better price, we suggest delivery in master coils (width above 600mm) due to export tax refund differences. We also provide slitting services if you lack slitting capacity.
Why choose your rubber-coated metal materials?
We utilize advanced roll-to-roll production lines and rigorous quality inspections. We provide complete test reports and quality certificates for every batch.
What are the primary applications for this material?
It is widely used for engine gaskets, sewing machine seals, anti-noise shims for brake pads, and other industrial sealing components requiring oil resistance and vibration reduction.
Is the NBR coating resistant to chemicals?
Yes, the NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) coating provides excellent resistance to oils, fuels, and various gases, making it ideal for automotive and industrial sealing environments.
