The expanded metal mesh is made of high-quality carbon steel plate stretched by a steel mesh punching and shearing machine, with a galvanized surface treatment. It is an important component for filter inner support and outer protection.
Specifications: TB: 4-30mm | TL: 2-20mm | TT: 0.3-0.8mm | TW: 0.5mm-1.5mm. Coils up to 100 meters long with precision width tolerance.
Perforated Metal Mesh
Suitable for sound reduction, weight saving, air control, and decorative surfaces. Ideal for sorting, facades, and filter shielding.
Material: Mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel (304, 316, 430), aluminum, brass.
Patterns: Round, rectangular, square, hexagonal, and custom patterns.
Filter Shell & Cover Plates
Steel strips are utilized for spin-on oil and fuel filter shell making. High-strength threaded cover plates and sealing plates prevent gasket deflection and ensure strong engine connections.
