Construction Sequence

1. Base Layer: Asphalt concrete 80-100mm thickness, oil content 5.8-6.4%, compacted.

2. PU Intermediate Layer: Mix PU compound thoroughly and apply evenly using trowel (1.5kg/m2/mm).

3. PU Topcoat Layer: Apply evenly using trowel to control thickness.

4. UV Protection: Roller-apply single coat of UV protective layer (0.25-0.30kg/m2).

5. Line Marking: Mark lines according to standards using white PU paint.
