What is PS wall panel?
PS wallboard is a common plastic sheet, also known as polystyrene sheet, which is made of polystyrene resin through extrusion, injection molding or foaming. It has characteristics of light weight, hardness, corrosion resistance and easy processing, widely used in home decoration.
PS PANEL consists of three parts: The transfer color layer, the crusting layer, and the foam core of the product.
1. Transfer film on the surface
A good transfer film adheres easily to the surface, reducing printing issues. High-quality films offer more vivid colors and clearer textures for a premium look.
2. Crust layer
The crust quality determines surface smoothness. Using brand new leather materials ensures a higher finish and glossier surface compared to standard options.
3. Core materials
High purity white materials ensure toughness and prevent cracking. Stable raw materials prevent deformation and provide a more gorgeous final product color.
